I decided to use the system as a deep conditioner treatment to prep my hair for the heat it was going to endure from straightening my hair. To finish off, I roller set my hair, sat under my Gold N Hot Soft Bonnet Dryer for about 1 1/2 hours, then flat-ironed my hair straight in order to see the final results.
